How do I hire Purple Dot to clean my vacation rental?

Once you've reached out, we'll set up an in-person walk through of your vacation rental.

We'll then provide you with a final quote and schedule your first cleaning.




Can I get a price estimate now?


Yes, simply submit this form and we'll provide you with a cleaning quote within 24 hours.




How are you so affordable yet so quality driven?


We are highly efficient, focused and systematic. So, we do more for less. Plus, as a fast growing cleaning company, we have the volume of work to spread our costs over hundreds of clean. For you, that means better pricing and 5-star quality.




Do you do deep cleans?


We do deep cleans for clients who hire us for re-occuring cleaning services. We do not do deep cleans for one-time clients.




Do you provide cleaning supplies?


Yes, we provide cleaning supplies.

We also carry our own equipment (e.g. vacuums, rags, brooms, etc).




Can you clean with green products?


Yes. We can clean with either conventional cleaning products (e.g. Windex, Lysol, etc) or green products (e.g. cleaning vinegar, Simple Green, etc). You decide.




How do I pay Purple Dot Cleaning?


You can pay via Venmo, PayPal, check or ACH wire.

Depending on your needs and what works best for all, we either bill you at the end of each clean or every two weeks.




Are you insured and licensed?


Absolutely. We carry insurance and are an LLC incorporated in South Carolina.




Are you based in Charleston?


Yes! We are proud to be locally owned and based in James Island. Charleston love :-)




Can you provide linens (e.g. towels, sheets, etc)?


Yes. Either we provide linens or you do. You decide what's best for you.




Can you restock essentials (e.g. soap, toilet paper, dish soap, etc)?


Yes, we can restock any essential that you offer guests in your vacation rental. You have three restocking choices: 1. You restock everything yourself. 2. We restock with supplies you leave us at the vacation rental. 3. We restock with supplies we purchase.




Can you provide basic handyman services?


Yes. We have wonderful handymen who can perform services such as unclogging toilets, tightening screws, stopping leaks and changing air filters. We can schedule our handymen to go into your property either during or between guest stays. Hiring us for your handyman services makes a lot of sense. As cleaners we come to know your house better than anybody except for you. We can ensure everything is perfectly coordinated with the cleaners and guests. Plus, our handyman services are very affordable.




Do you clean on weekends and holidays?


Absolutely. We clean 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days, so we're used to working weekends.




How much lead time do you need to schedule a cleaning?


The more lead time the better. With that said, we understand that last minute bookings come in. So, as long as you give us at least 12 hours notice, we can schedule it.
